Calling all amateur chalk artists! Put your creative hat on and join the fun of decorating the ARTery and the sidewalks of Mainstreet.
Create family friendly art on The Artery, 8th Avenue south of Mainstreet. We have chalk available for you to use, but you may want to bring your own supplies (extra chalk, brushes, blenders, wipes, etc.).
There will also be a professional artist creating art along with the rest of us!
Tara Aiken is a self-taught artist who discovered chalk art at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. She has since become known for her professional chalk art creations and realistic charcoal portraits. She’s best known for bright, colorful pieces with nostalgic fun.
